This modern logistics facility in Greven, opened in 2024, offers a total area of 44,000 m2. This includes 40,170 m2 of warehouse space, 5,000 m2 of mezzanine/hall space, and 200 m2 for vehicle storage. The hall features a clear height of 12.1 meters and a floor load capacity of 7.5 tons per square meter. Additionally, there are 1,000 m2 of office and social spaces, equipped with 4 sectional gates and 40 loading ramps per hall.

The Greven site operates as a multi-user hub, specializing in the storage of dangerous goods (Water Hazard Classes 2 & 3), tobacco products, and e-commerce fulfillment. It houses Germany's largest climate-controlled humidor, a 12,000 m2 specialized area designed for the precise temperature and humidity control required for tobacco products.
