The site offers professional, end-to-end logistics solutions at scalable costs.

Whether in high-bay racking or block storage areas, we store goods from a wide range of industries efficiently, safely, and under optimal conditions.

Comprehensive value-added services such as order picking, packaging, labeling, and display assembly ensure seamless handling across the entire supply chain — including inbound and outbound container operations.

Upon request, we also manage the complete transport logistics with our own modern fleet and equipment.

With more than 250 dedicated employees, over 60,000 pallet spaces, and around 80 trucks in daily operation, we deliver reliable logistics performance that combines flexibility, quality, and regional strength.

Modern warehouse built in 2022 with extensive safety features.

Above-average fire protection with an ESFR sprinkler system, 25 dock doors, and fire water retention provide optimal conditions for the safe storage of sensitive goods.

The highest hygiene standards and a comprehensive HACCP concept make the site particularly attractive for FMCG products.

Its location on the doorstep of the densely populated Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region makes it especially attractive, with excellent transport connections to the A1 and A61 motorways as well as close proximity to Cologne Bonn Airport and the inland port of Duisburg.
