This modern logistics facility in Werne, North Rhine-Westphalia, offers 15,800 sqm of warehouse space and an additional 1,000 sqm of office space. It was designed to accommodate 19,000 Euro-pallets, with expansion potential up to 26,000. The building features two fire sections, seven conventional loading docks, one jumbo dock, and one insulated dock. Advanced temperature monitoring systems, including underfloor heating, hot-air blowers, and air conditioning, ensure precise climate control.
